Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or related strategic finance role.
• Strong modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Experience forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial and analytical support to partner sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop ROI analyses, financial models, and scenario planning for strategic initiatives.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning aligned to partner-driven revenue.
• Analyze revenue, margin, productivity, and execution metrics; translate findings into actionable insights.
• Design and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and performance tracking frameworks.
• Collaborate with revenue operations, sales, product, and finance teams to align insights with priorities.
• Support monthly close processes and reporting with accuracy and clarity of results.
• Identify risks and opportunities and proactively recommend actions.
• Produce executive-ready reporting and presentations for leadership.
• Lead special projects related to operational excellence and partner strategy.
• Continuously enhance reporting tools, processes, and analytics to improve efficiency.
