Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Lead Finance Analyst to support partner-driven sales organization with forecasting and strategic analysis. You will partner with sales, strategy, product, and finance to deliver insights driving investment decisions and growth initiatives.

This fully remote role is open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. and emphasizes analytics, KPI development, and executive reporting to guide operations and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related strategic finance role.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Experience supporting revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial and analytical support to partner sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and evaluate business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, and scenario planning.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities aligned to partner-driven revenue streams.
• Analyze performance across revenue, margin, productivity, and execution metrics.
• Design and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and performance tracking frameworks.
