Job summary

Lumen Technologies is hiring a Lead Finance Analyst to support partner-driven sales with strategic financial insights. You will collaborate with sales, strategy, product and finance to drive forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning, shaping investment priorities and growth strategies.

You will analyze revenue, margins, and KPIs, produce executive-ready reports, and lead cross-functional projects while enabling data-driven decisions in a fast-paced, remote environment across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related strategic finance role.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Experience supporting revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial and analytical support to partner sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and evaluate business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, and scenario planning.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities aligned to partner-driven revenue.
• Analyze performance across revenue, margin, productivity, and execution metrics.
• Design and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and performance tracking frameworks.
• Partner cross-functionally with revenue operations, sales, product, and finance teams.
• Support monthly close processes and reporting, ensuring accuracy of results.
• Identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions.
• Produce executive-ready reporting and presentations.
• Lead and support special projects related to operational excellence and partner strategy.
• Continuously enhance reporting tools, processes, and analytical frameworks.
