Lumen is seeking a Lead Finance Analyst to support the financial and strategic direction of a partner‑driven sales organization. You will forecast, analyze, and model scenarios to guide investments and growth across cloud, edge, and AI workloads.

The role is fully remote for candidates located anywhere in the United States. You will partner with sales, strategy, product, and finance to deliver executive‑ready insights and reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or related strategic finance role.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with data synthesis from multiple sources.
• Experience forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic financial and analytical support to partner sales and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Develop and evaluate business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, and scenario planning.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning activities for partner revenue streams.
• Analyze performance across revenue, margin, productivity, and execution metrics.
• Design and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and performance-tracking frameworks.
• Collaborate with revenue operations, sales, product, and finance to align insights.
