Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to deliver high-quality service and support by evaluating, testing, and maintaining combustion systems and equipment at customer sites.

The role reports to the Field Service Manager and operates with a remote work arrangement from the Cleveland area, with 70% to 80% travel required across customer locations. You will drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by timely resolution of service requests, supporting

Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years of field service or technical support experience.
3+ years technical knowledge of electronic, mechanical, or software systems relevant to Honeywell products (PLC knowledge a plus).
3+ years of experience inspecting complex technical equipment.
Experience using diagnostic tools and service management software.

Responsibilities

Perform testing, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of combustion systems and equipment at customer sites after Honeywell-specific training.
Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system performance, efficiency and reliability.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field.
Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
