Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Field Service Technician to deliver high-quality service and support for combustion systems at customer sites. You will evaluate, test, and maintain complex equipment while applying your technical expertise to resolve issues in the field.

You will travel 70–80% domestically (and internationally occasionally) and work remotely from our Cleveland location, reporting to the Field Service Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical knowledge in electronic and mechanical systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and service management software.
• Willingness to travel 70-80% to customer sites domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of combustion systems at customer sites.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
