Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to evaluate, test, and maintain combustion systems at customer sites. You will travel extensively and work remotely from our Ohio base, supporting customers and internal teams with timely service and issue resolution.

You will lead on-site testing, preventative maintenance, and documentation of activities, leveraging your 3+ years field service experience and diagnostic tool expertise.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years in field service or technical support roles.
Experience with testing, maintenance, and diagnostics of combustion systems.
Knowledge of Honeywell products and ability to travel 70–80%.

Responsibilities

Perform testing, maintenance and preventative maintenance at customer sites.
Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system performance.
Provide on-site technical support and guidance to customers.
Document service activities and maintain records of work performed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction.
