Qualifications

• Master's in epidemiology or biostatistics (other health sciences ok).
• 7+ years of pharma consulting experience with evidence synthesis.
• Fluency in English; strong written business English.
• Experience leading ITC, Bayesian NMAs, meta-analysis projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead evidence synthesis projects for HTA/regulatory submissions.
• Direct project teams and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Synthesize data qualitatively and quantitatively; guide junior staff.
• Manage projects’ operational and financial requirements.
• Develop proposals, attend bid defenses, and manage contracting.
