Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Lead Engineer, Systems Development to join our client’s team in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This remote US-based role drives advanced thermal management engineering for high-performance applications. You will develop and validate system solutions, partner with product teams, and present technical directions to customers and industry groups.

Travel may be required domestically and internationally as part of collaboration with stakeholders and industry forums.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with emphasis in thermal/fluid energy or controls.
8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
Graduate training program completion is advantageous.
Professional Engineer license preferred.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Provide thermal management system expertise for data centers and semiconductor applications
Develop and validate new thermal management systems and assess their effectiveness
Conduct complex engineering problem evaluations independently
Collaborate with product teams to align project goals and technical strategies
Analyze system issues using modeling tools and develop new solutions as needed
Deliver technical presentations to customers and at industry events
Contribute to technical committees and help influence industry standards
