Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years specialized eBilling experience in a law firm or professional services.
• Experience with multiple electronic billing vendor platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote and model client service through professionalism and high-quality work.
• Serve as lead resource for eBilling platforms, including BillBlast and client vendor systems.
• Establish and improve eBilling best practices to ensure client guidelines are met.
• Coordinate submission and maintenance of timekeeper and rate information.
• Troubleshoot invoice rejections and assist with resubmissions.
• Provide eBilling orientation and training to internal stakeholders.
