Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in legal billing or eBilling in a law firm or professional services.
• Experience with third-party eBilling platforms and legal billing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients to eBilling platforms and maintain client billing data.
• Submit electronic invoices accurately per client guidelines.
• Monitor invoice status, manage rejections and appeals for recovery.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with attorneys and billing teams.
• Update client billing requirements and vendor portal settings.
• Support timekeeper approvals and budgets across systems.
• Generate billing reports and assist with internal procedures.
