Job summary

Agile Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations developer to lead design and delivery of D365 F&O customizations, extensions, and integrations. You will translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions and mentor junior developers.

The role is 100% remote within the continental United States and requires ETZ business hours. You will drive architecture decisions, implement CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with QA, product, and operations to

Qualifications

10+ years of application development with Dynamics 365 F&O experience and X++ exposure.
Strong C#/.NET with solid object oriented design and clean coding practices.
Experience designing integrations with REST/Web APIs and data formats JSON/XML.
Lead-level ownership of architecture, delivery, and hands-on contributions.

Responsibilities

Lead solution design for D365 F&O customizations, extensions, and integrations.
Develop and enhance D365 F&O functionality with scalable, testable approaches.
Build and support integrations between D365 F&O and external platforms using REST/Web APIs.
Drive technical design sessions and align stakeholders on architecture decisions.
Establish development standards, branching strategies, and DoD quality checks.
Perform code reviews and coach developers to improve quality and reliability.
Create proofs of concept for complex requirements before full implementation.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps.
Troubleshoot production incidents and drive root-cause analysis to closure.
Collaborate with QA, infrastructure, product, and business teams; mentor juniors.
