Job summary

Diversified is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7-12 years in Microsoft Dynamics ERP environments, including at least 3+ years with D365 F&O and CE. The ideal candidate will design D365 F&O and CE solutions, support end-to-end implementations, migrations, and integrations with Dataverse Fabric, Power Platform and CE environments.

This position will allow you to shape enterprise transformation initiatives and lead technical delivery. Location: Virtual U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years progressive ERP delivery experience.
• 3+ years on D365 F&O or CE implementations (greenfield, migration, upgrade).
• Proficient in X++, C#, SQL Server, .NET, Azure DevOps, LCS and Azure.
• Experience creating technical design docs, packaging projects, deploying code, testing.
• Knowledge of D365 data migration, Dual-write, and Dataverse integration patterns.
• Understanding of D365 F&O data structures, extensions, reporting and performance best practices.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for D365 development.
• Exposure to Power Platform and relevant integrations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and mentoring abilities.
• Solid documentation, problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize D365 F&O and CE solutions per requirements.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements for system enhancements.
• Write and maintain X++ and T-SQL code for D365 functionality and reporting.
• Support and maintain D365 integrations and data migrations.
• Create technical documentation for all customizations and development.
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery and ensure quality deliverables.
