Job summary

New Era Technology, LLC. is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer & Partner Manager to own the platform's development lifecycle, architecture, and project delivery.

This hybrid, hands-on role combines advanced D365 F&O development with technical project management and external implementation partner coordination. The successful candidate will bridge business stakeholders, partners, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in D365 F&O development and customization.
• Strong hands-on coding in X++, extensions and business logic.
• Understanding of D365 F&O architecture and data models.
• Experience building integrations using REST APIs, OData and data entities.
• Practical experience managing repos, branching, sprints and deployments in ADO.
• End-to-end delivery from requirements to post go-live support.
• Experience coordinating implementation partners and stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project ownership across requirements, design, development, testing and deployment.
• Develop, customize, and maintain D365 F&O solutions using X++ and integrations.
• Coordinate with partners, manage milestones, and ensure technical quality.
• Manage Azure DevOps for builds, releases, and sprint planning.
• Oversee testing, deployments, post-go-live support, and documentation.
