Job summary

New Era Technology, LLC. is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Lead for an immediate contract engagement. The role is primarily remote, with availability during US East Coast business hours and occasional travel to Philadelphia, PA.

The candidate will lead D365 F&O Finance and Supply Chain activities, configure core modules, support month-end close, and collaborate with finance, supply chain, and technical teams to deliver compliant solutions.

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Responsibilities

Lead functional activities across D365 F&O Finance & Supply Chain Management.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from finance, accounting, collections, and supply chain stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, solution designs, and system configurations.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend standard D365 F&O functionality or custom solutions.
Lead functional workshops, requirements discussions, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder meetings.
Provide functional guidance to business users and technical teams throughout implementation and enhancement activities.
Ensure system configurations align with business processes, financial controls, and operational requirements.
