Hybrid role with primary remote work and occasional travel to Philadelphia.

You'll bridge business stakeholders and external partners, deliver scalable D365 F&O solutions using X++, APIs, and Azure DevOps, and manage development pipelines and releases end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• X++ development experience with extensions and custom logic.
• Understanding of D365 F&O architecture and data models.
• Experience building integrations using REST, OData, data entities.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, repos, pipelines, and deployments.
• End-to-end delivery from requirements to post-go-live support.
• Experience coordinating external implementation partners and stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead D365 F&O development, architecture, and integrations with APIs and data entities.
• Coordinate with implementation partners and manage technical deliverables and milestones.
• Oversee Azure DevOps for development and release activities; manage source control and pipelines.
• Ensure release readiness, testing, deployment, and production stabilization.
