Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology strategy, business management, strategic planning, portfolio management, program governance, technology operations, or related leadership roles.
• 10+ years partnering with senior executives and influencing decisions across multiple stakeholder groups without direct authority.
• 10+ years leading technology portfolios and strategic initiatives within large-scale tech organizations.
• 10+ years developing executive-level presentations, business cases, operating reviews, and leadership communications.
• 5+ years across software development, security, infrastructure, and emerging technologies to diagnose technical challenges and drive executive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the multi-year technology strategy, executive roadmap, and investment priorities with actionable plans and board-level presentations.
• Lead the operating rhythm of the technology organization, including strategic planning and governance reviews.
• Oversee technology portfolio governance, capital and financial management, ensuring alignment with priorities.
• Drive accountability by monitoring delivery, risks, dependencies, and portfolio health for executive transparency.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, Finance, and HR to strengthen delivery governance and transformation outcomes.
