CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Technology Strategy and Program Governance to shape the strategic direction, governance, and operating excellence for Meritain Health and payer solutions within the CVS Health ecosystem.

You will partner with executives to align technology investments with business goals, drive multi-year roadmaps, and establish scalable governance and reporting across a 300-person technology organization.

• 10+ years leading enterprise technology strategy and portfolio governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve multi-year technology strategy and executive roadmap.
• Lead operating rhythm and governance across the technology organization.
• Oversee portfolio governance, capital planning, and financial management.
• Drive accountability by tracking delivery, risks, and portfolio health.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, Finance, HR, and stakeholders to improve execution.
