CVS Health seeks a Lead Director, Technology Strategy and Program Governance to define strategic direction and governance for the Third-Party Administrator and Payer Solutions Technology organization. You will partner with senior leaders to align investments, priorities, and execution across Meritain Health and payer solutions within the Aetna ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise technology strategy and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• 10+ years partnering with senior technology and business executives.
• 10+ years overseeing technology portfolios, capital investments, and governance processes.
• 8+ years creating executive presentations and board materials for C-suite audiences.
• 5+ years collaborating across software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, product management, and technology operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Lead operating rhythm of the technology organization, governance, and workforce planning.
• Oversee portfolio governance, capital planning, financial management, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive accountability through delivery performance, risks, and portfolio health.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, Finance, HR, and business stakeholders to improve effectiveness and transformation outcomes.
