CVS Health seeks a Lead Director, Technology Strategy and Program Governance to define strategic direction and governance for the Third-Party Administrator and Payer Solutions Technology organization. You will partner with senior leaders to align investments, priorities, and execution across Meritain Health and payer solutions within the Aetna ecosystem.

Qualifications

10+ years leading enterprise technology strategy and large-scale transformation initiatives.
10+ years partnering with senior technology and business executives.
10+ years overseeing technology portfolios, capital investments, and governance processes.
8+ years creating executive presentations and board materials for C-suite audiences.
5+ years collaborating across software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, product management, and technology operations.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
Lead operating rhythm of the technology organization, governance, and workforce planning.
Oversee portfolio governance, capital planning, financial management, and strategic initiatives.
Drive accountability through delivery performance, risks, and portfolio health.
Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, Finance, HR, and business stakeholders to improve effectiveness and transformation outcomes.
