CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Technology Strategy and Program Governance to shape the multi-year technology strategy and governance framework across Meritain Health and payer solutions within the Aetna ecosystem.

You will partner with the Head of Technology to drive investments, operating rhythms, and organizational effectiveness while delivering measurable business outcomes across a 300-person technology organization.

10+ years leading enterprise technology strategy and large-scale transformation.
10+ years partnering with senior executives to influence priorities and direction.
10+ years overseeing technology portfolios, investments and governance.
8+ years creating executive presentations and board materials.
5+ years collaborating across software, security, architecture, product and operations.

Responsibilities

Define multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities with exec alignment.
Lead operating rhythms, governance, planning, and executive communications.
Oversee portfolio governance, capital planning, and financial management.
Drive delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and portfolio health with transparency.
Partner across Engineering, Product, Architecture, HR, Finance to boost transformation outcomes.
