Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Technology Strategy and Program Governance to shape the multi-year technology path for Meritain Health and payer operations within the CVS ecosystem. You will align business objectives with technology investments, oversee governance, and drive operating excellence across a 300-person tech organization.

Qualifications
- 10+ years leading enterprise technology strategy and large-scale transformation initiatives.
- 10+ years partnering with senior technology and business executives to influence investment priorities.
- 8+ years creating executive presentations and board materials for C-suite audiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve multi-year technology strategy and executive roadmap.
- Lead operating rhythm and governance for the technology organization.
- Oversee portfolio governance, capital planning, and financial management.
- Drive accountability across strategic programs with transparent reporting to leadership.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, Finance, and HR to improve delivery and transformation outcomes.
