Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology with 8+ years in software product management.
• 4+ years leading product managers, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Product management experience in a commercial software or SaaS organization preferred; healthcare/security domain helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication and experience operating in agile delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Owns product strategy, vision, and the multi-year roadmap for the Security Automation portfolio.
• Leads, builds, and develops the product management team; hires and levels PMs and sets product craft standards.
• Owns product discovery and continuous engagement with security practitioners to translate workflow pain into a prioritized roadmap.
• Owns adoption and full product lifecycle including internal launch, enablement, documentation, onboarding, support, and feedback channels.
• Defines outcome measures, baselines, and honest reporting of progress against goals.
