Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
• Proven history partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to drive admissions prevention, optimize care coordination, and implement patient risk stratification models.
• Lead cross-functional technology teams to deliver scalable care model technology and strong Epic integrations.
• Establish shared outcome metrics with business leaders to tie technology investments to clinical quality and financial performance.
• Oversee the transformation of broad clinical ideas into rigorous problem statements, actionable product specifications, and robust Epic/tech architectures.
• Ensure smooth integration between external data sources and Epic workflows to provide clinicians with real-time insights.
• Take end-to-end accountability for the technology lifecycle from discovery to deployment with measurable outcomes.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing product team across Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and designers.
