CVS Health Corporation is seeking a senior product leader to own the Security Automation portfolio within Enterprise Information Security. You will drive strategy, discovery, adoption, and outcomes while coaching a team of product managers and partnering with engineering leaders.

You will oversee internal go-to-market, enablement and documentation, plus sunset or replace solutions when outcomes are not met. This role can be remote within the continental USA and reports to senior security leaders.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of experience in technology roles with software product management focus.
• 8+ years in software product management and 4+ years leading PMs.
• Experience in commercial software or SaaS and roadmap ownership.
• Strong discovery, measurement, and outcome-driven mindset.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with executives.

• Owns product strategy, vision and multi-year roadmap for Security Automation.
• Builds and grows a product management team with coaching and career development.
• Leads product discovery with security practitioners and CVS Health colleagues.
• Manages adoption, enablement, documentation and training for internal users.
• Defines outcome measures and reports progress to leadership.
