Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned product leader to run the Security Automation portfolio within Enterprise Information Security. You will shape strategy, define the multi-year roadmap, and partner with engineering to deliver high-impact internal security products used by analysts, GRC teams, and engineers.

This role emphasizes adoption, enablement, and evidence-based decision making, with coaching of PMs and close collaboration with security stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology roles, including 8+ years in software product management.
• 4+ years leading product managers, including hiring, coaching, and career development.
• Product management experience gained in a commercial software or SaaS organization is strongly preferred; candidates from internal-platform or enterprise-IT backgrounds should show equivalent rigor.
• Technical fluency to discuss APIs, data models, and software delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Owns product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap for the Security Automation portfolio in partnership with the Lead Director and engineering leadership.
• Leads, builds, and develops the product management team and sets standards for product craft and discovery.
• Owns product discovery with security practitioners and CVS Health colleagues, including workflow analysis and validation of automation solutions.
• Owns adoption and lifecycle for portfolio releases, including enablement, documentation, onboarding, feedback channels, and sunset decisions.
• Defines and instruments outcome measures for adoption, active usage, effort reduction, and risk proxies; establishes baselines and reports results.
