CVS Health seeks a senior product management leader for the Security Automation portfolio within its Enterprise Information Security organization. You will own strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and delivery partnerships with engineering to automate security operations and drive measurable adoption among security teams and CVS colleagues.

You will coach and develop PMs, define discovery standards, and partner with executives to frame the business case and outcomes.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of technology experience with 8+ years in software product management.
• 4+ years leading product managers including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Product management experience in a commercial software or SaaS organization is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of product strategy and multi-year roadmaps for a software product or portfolio.
• Strong product discovery practice with direct user research and workflow analysis.
• Experience owning requirements definition and the delivery partnership with engineering (user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog health).
• Experience with build-versus-buy analysis and vendor/market assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Owns product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap for the Security Automation portfolio.
• Leads, builds, and develops the product management team; sets standards for craft and discovery.
• Owns product discovery with direct contact with security practitioners and CVS Health colleagues.
• Owns adoption and full product lifecycle including launch, enablement, documentation, and training.
• Defines and instruments outcome measures (adoption, active usage, cycle-time reduction, support deflection).
• Partner with engineering on problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release planning.
• Communicates roadmap and outcomes to stakeholders and executives; secures sponsorship for investments.
