CVS Health Corporation is seeking a senior product leader to own the Security Automation portfolio. You will define strategy and multi-year roadmaps in partnership with the Lead Director, Security Automation, guiding a team of PMs and collaborating with engineering and security stakeholders.

The role emphasizes adoption, enablement, and measurable outcomes, including adoption metrics, cycle-time reduction, and risk reduction.

Qualifications

12+ years in technology roles with 8+ years in software product management.
4+ years leading product managers, including hiring and coaching.
Experience in commercial software or SaaS and multi-year roadmaps.
Strong discovery methods, user research, and evidence-based decisions.
Ability to articulate ROI, budgets, and business cases.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap for Security Automation.
Lead and develop the product management team and establish product craft standards.
Own product discovery with security practitioners and CVS Health colleagues.
Manage adoption, go-to-market, enablement, and documentation for portfolio launches.
Define outcome measures, baselines, and honest progress reporting to executives.
Partner with engineering on requirements, backlog health, and release planning.
