Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree or clinical background preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
• Proven history partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations.

• Partner with clinical and business stakeholders to reflect updated guidelines and train care teams.
• Lead end-to-end strategy for Stars measures and payer integrations within the core care platform.
• Drive cross-functional tech teams to enable care model strategy and end-to-end technology delivery.
• Establish shared outcome metrics linking tech investments to quality, patient experience, and financial performance.
• Oversee end-to-end technology design and Epic architectures, translating requirements into build.
• Ensure seamless data integration between external sources and Epic workflows for real-time insights.
• Lead and mentor product teams and cross-functional technology groups to drive CVS HCD initiatives.
