CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Quality & Stars to shape the strategy and execution of technology initiatives that improve Medicare Stars performance and value-based care outcomes. • Experience leading healthcare technology product management and enterprise EHR projects (Epic).
• Proven ability to partner with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations.

• Lead end-to-end technology strategy for CVS HCD Quality & STARS programs.
• Oversee Epic integration and care model technology roadmaps.
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver scalable clinical technology solutions.
