Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Quality & Stars to direct technology strategy and execution across value-based care programs. You will guide health maintenance topics, payer quality programs, and Stars initiatives with Epic as the core platform.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team including product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to deliver scalable roadmaps that improve patient outcomes and contract performance in

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
Experience: 10+ years in healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and Epic implementation.
Track record: demonstrated partnership with primary care networks, retail clinics, or value-based care orgs to improve medical cost trends.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic partnerships and care model integration across Star measures and HEDIS programs.
Oversee cross-functional teams to translate clinical and program vision into scalable Epic-based roadmaps.
Ensure end-to-end technology design, requirements translation, and build for integrated data sources.
Drive continuous improvement cycles and align technology investments with clinical and financial goals.
