Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree/clinical background preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
• Proven history partnering with delivery networks to improve medical cost trends and care pathways.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and governance to reflect up-to-date clinical guidelines for Health Maintenance topics.
• Lead end-to-end Stars strategy, ensuring payer data loads and accurate panel management for Stars programs.
• Translate operational requirements into Epic build and robust technology architectures.
• Drive cross-functional technology teams to execute care model strategies and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Establish shared outcome metrics with leaders to tie tech investments to clinical quality and financial performance.
