Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end strategy for Stars across Part C & D measures, ensuring payer files are loaded into core systems.
Oversee transformation of broad ideas into Epic/technology architectures and actionable requirements.
Ensure integration between external data sources and Epic workflows for real-time insights.
Take end-to-end accountability for technology lifecycle from discovery to deployment and outcomes.
Mentor and grow a product team of translators across healthcare operations and technology.
Establish shared metrics with business leaders to drive clinical quality and financial performance.
