Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
• Experience with Epic in enterprise EHR implementation and healthcare technology platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Epic Analysts, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Designers.
• Translate clinical and program vision into scalable technology roadmaps and robust Epic architectures.
• Oversee end-to-end technology design, requirements, and build for quality and payer programs.
• Ensure smooth integration between external data sources and Epic workflows to provide real-time insights.
