CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Quality & Stars. You will lead the technology strategy and execution, driving performance in quality measures and payer programs using Epic as a core platform.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver scalable roadmaps focused on safety, patient experience, and contract performance. You will partner with clinical and business leaders to shape end-to-end technology pathways across ambulatory quality measures, Medicare Stars,

• Executive presence to communicate with senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
• Hands-on Epic EHR experience and translating requirements into builds.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare operations, quality improvement, and VBC/FFS models.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional tech teams to deliver clinical interventions.
• Strong problem framing, accountability, and delivery discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams with empathy and rigor.
