Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Quality & Stars to steer product strategy and execution across value-based care programs. Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred (RN/MD/DO/NP/PA beneficial).
- Experience: 10+ years in healthcare operations, clinical tech product mgmt, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
- Track record: partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care orgs to improve medical cost trends.
Responsibilities
- Strategic partnerships and care model integration with stakeholders and governance.
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate strategy into scalable Epic-enabled technology roadmaps.
- Oversee product and tech leadership to deliver end-to-end clinical tech pathways.
- Drive end-to-end technology lifecycle from problem discovery to measurable outcomes.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, resilience, and accountability within the team.
