CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Quality & Stars to guide the technology strategy and execution across value-based care programs. Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations and product management.
Experience partnering with primary care networks; proven success with value-based care programs.
Epic experience and ability to translate operational requirements into Epic build.
Track record delivering scalable technology-backed clinical interventions; cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic partnerships with clinical and business stakeholders to align care models and training materials.
Oversee end-to-end strategy for quality programs and Stars measures within payer and provider contexts.
Manage cross-functional teams (PMs, Epic Analysts, engineers, data scientists, designers) to deliver healthcare tech pathways.
Ensure integration between external data sources and Epic workflows for real-time insights.
Drive continuous improvement with measurable clinical and financial outcomes.
