CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Quality & Stars. Remote role leading technology strategy and execution to improve quality measures, payer programs, and Epic workflows across care delivery.

You will guide a diverse team to translate clinical goals into scalable product roadmaps, ensuring patient safety and strong contract performance. You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to align technology with value-based care, drive Stars performance, and optimize

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
Proven history partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and pathways.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy for quality and Stars programs, integrating care model strategy with technology roadmaps.
Direct multidisciplinary teams (PMs, analysts, engineers, data scientists, designers) to deliver scalable clinical tech solutions.
Oversee end-to-end technology design and Epic/EHR integration with external data sources.
Establish shared outcome metrics and ensure technology investments improve clinical quality and financial performance.
Foster a high-performing, empathetic, accountable product culture under pressure.
