CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Quality & Stars to drive technology strategy and execution in value-based care programs, with Epic as a core platform. Remote role leading a multidisciplinary team to improve quality metrics and patient outcomes.

You will partner with clinical and business leaders to translate vision into scalable roadmaps, overseeing Product Managers, Epic Analysts and engineers, with emphasis on safety, patient experience, and contract performance.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of value-based care, quality programs, and FFS delivery.
• Experience translating clinical needs into scalable technology roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end technology strategy for quality and Stars programs.
• Oversee cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end clinical technology paths.
• Ensure integration between external data sources and Epic workflows for real-time insights.
• Drive continuous improvement and measure outcomes in clinical quality and cost.
