Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Quality & Stars. Remote, US-based role leading the technology product strategy for quality measures, payer programs, and Epic-driven workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
Proven history partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways.

Responsibilities

Lead technology product strategy and execution for Quality & Stars programs.
Oversee cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Epic Analysts, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Designers.
Drive end-to-end technology roadmaps aligning clinical quality outcomes with payer programs.
Ensure seamless Epic integration and real-time insights for clinicians.
Establish shared outcome metrics with business leaders.
