Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Quality & Stars to drive strategy and execution across value-based care programs. Remote-based, reports to Senior Medical Director, and collaborates with clinical and operational leaders to optimize technology roadmaps and patient outcomes.
The role leads a multidisciplinary team including product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to deliver scalable tech solutions that improve quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (specifically Epic).
- Proven history of partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and/or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Epic Analysts, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Designers to build end-to-end clinical technology pathways.
- Oversee translation of broad ideas into rigorous problem statements, actionable product specs, and robust Epic/technology architectures.
- Accountable for end-to-end technology design, translation into technical requirements, and technology build.
- Ensure smooth integration between external data sources (claims data, remote monitoring, health plan feeds) and internal Epic workflows to provide real-time insights.
