Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
• Proven history of partnering with delivery networks to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways.
• Executive presence with senior stakeholders and frontline teams; ability to influence and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology product strategy and execution for quality and STARS programs.
• Direct cross-functional teams including product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists and designers.
• Translate clinical and program vision into scalable technology roadmaps and Epic architectures.
• Drive integration of external data sources with Epic workflows to provide real-time insights.
• Establish metrics and ensure technology investments improve clinical quality and financial outcomes.
