CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Quality & Stars to set product strategy and drive performance in value-based care programs. You will lead a multidisciplinary team—product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers—translating clinical and program vision into scalable roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR experience (Epic).
• Track record partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations.

Responsabilités

• Partner with clinical and business stakeholders to align health maintenance topics with current guidelines and training materials.
• Lead end-to-end Stars program strategy, including payer file loading, panel management, and training for field teams.
• Drive cross-functional tech teams to enable care model strategy and end-to-end technology product execution.
• Establish shared outcome metrics and ensure technology investments improve clinical quality, patient experience, and financial performance.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing product team including Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, and designers.
