Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare ops and Epic implementation.
• Proven track record with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for clinical documentation and care delivery products.
• Partner with clinicians and ops leaders to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
• Direct cross-functional teams including PMs, Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers.
• Ensure Epic integration with external data sources and real-time insights.
• Establish metrics and drive end-to-end product roadmaps.
