CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery to set the technology product strategy for core clinical care delivery tools, including clinical documentation and in-clinic/virtual encounters.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team of product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to translate clinical vision into scalable roadmaps that improve safety and patient outcomes while controlling costs.
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
- 10+ years of leadership in healthcare technology and enterprise EHR (Epic).
- Experience partnering with primary care networks and retail clinics to improve medical cost trends and pathways.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the technology product strategy for clinical documentation and care delivery.
- Oversee cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Epic Analysts, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Designers.
- Translate clinical vision into scalable roadmaps that improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
