Qualifications

10+ years of experience in software, data engineering and AI leadership.
7+ years leading large-scale platform engineering for AI/ML.
7+ years building and scaling AI/ML platforms and DevSecOps.
7+ years designing secure cloud-native platforms in regulated environments.
5+ years leading engineering teams and data engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities

Define strategy and delivery of enterprise AI platform capabilities.
Lead data products and enterprise data engineering capabilities.
Establish enterprise standards for platform reliability and governance.
Collaborate with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Product and Data leads.
Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams across disciplines.
