You will be responsible for delivering high-impact systems, mentoring leaders, and translating business strategy into engineering bets while pursuing responsible AI and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years leading large-scale orgs.
• Deep foundation in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and backend engineering at scale.
• Proven AI platform ownership with production deployments, not just demos.
• Track record migrating monoliths to microservices under business pressure.

Responsibilities

• Set architectural standards and review work across a multi-team org (50-150+ engineers).
• Embed AI/ML capabilities into the lifecycle as production-grade features.
• Own delivery velocity and accountability for outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Data, and Health care leaders to translate strategy into engineering bets.
• Advocate for feasible timelines and the right engineering investments.
