You will lead large teams, establish data platforms, governance, and developer enablement accelerators, and partner with business leaders to drive measurable outcomes in a highly regulated healthcare environment. This is a US-based remote role requiring residency in the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software/data/AI, with enterprise-scale solutions.
• 7+ years leading large-scale platform engineering organizations.
• 7+ years building/scaling AI/ML platforms and DevSecOps.
• 7+ years operating secure cloud-native platforms in regulated environments.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams and building data engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and deliver enterprise AI platform capabilities.
• Develop reusable data products and data engineering capabilities.
• Establish platform reliability, security, and governance standards.
• Guide technology strategy with cross-functional partners.
