Félix is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join a cross-functional team spanning Chat, Retention, AI, and Operations. You will map KPIs, drive actionable insights, and raise the analytical bar with stakeholders across Product, Ops, and Leadership.

This role is 40% hands-on and 60% guiding a high-impact analytics team. You will build dashboards, leverage Amplitude and other tools, and translate data into experiments and product recommendations that improve conversion, retention, and operational

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Product Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Experience with product metrics, funnels, cohorts, retention, experimentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of analytical data professionals.
• Establish an analytical roadmap aligned with product priorities.
• Build dashboards and frameworks to monitor funnel performance.
• Translate data into actionable product recommendations and experiments.
