Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd. is hiring a Lead Data Analyst to drive analytics across subscription products and web funnels. You will partner with Product, Marketing (UAM), and Data teams to improve conversion, retention, and LTV, while ensuring trusted tracking and robust data models.

This hands-on, cross-functional role involves problem framing to recommendation, mentoring analysts, and close collaboration with Data Engineering/BI to maintain reliable data foundations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Mathematics, Stats, Economics, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years as a Data Analyst with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience with subscription products or web funnels and driving business impact.
• Proven track record designing, running, and validating A/B tests.

Responsibilities

• Define KPIs and success metrics with product, marketing, and data teams.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports ensuring clarity and trusted data.
• Perform full-funnel analyses, identify bottlenecks, propose improvements or experiments.
• Lead user behavior analyses (journeys, drop-offs, activation) using event data.
• Monitor metrics and anomalies; communicate updates with SLAs.
• Own event taxonomy and tracking structure; validate with business logic.
