Job summary

Equip is a leading virtual treatment program for eating disorders. We are hiring a Lead Clinical Instructor to develop and deliver clinical training for provider teams while supervising Clinical Supervisors. The role requires proficiency in CBT-E, FBT, and CBT-AR, with mastery in at least one modality.

You will lead live and online trainings and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position offers remote work in the U.S., 100% from home, with extensive opportunities to influence training

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in clinical mental health or related field is required.
• Licensed in a clinical mental health field in at least one state is required.
• Minimum of 3 years providing clinical supervision in evidence-based treatments.
• Experience as a people manager with evaluations and development conversations.
• Completion of training in CBT-E, FBT, or CBT-AR; expertise in CBT-E preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Clinical Supervisors, set performance expectations, give feedback, and conduct reviews.
• Lead team meetings and peer consultations for Instructors & Supervisors.
• Design, deliver, and review live and internal trainings for a multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with Care Delivery leaders to identify training needs.
• Provide clinical content for e-learning courses and conduct fidelity reviews.
• Design and update training materials for live trainings and e-learning.
• Perform administrative tasks related to scheduling and metrics.
